Interesting concept, but I'd think the back of the outfit should be a little higher for a "moon"...
On a more serious note the only real objection I have to the shot is the direction the model is facing. I'd feel a lot better about it if she was looking in towards the inside of the shot rather that out of the side of the frame. Yes I realise she is looking at the camera, but the direction she is turned leads the eye out of the frame and while the sun is a powerful pull back the other direction I still feel the shot would be more effective if she was turned.
